Our products are made to order and will ship approximately 3 to 7 business days after your order is received under normal business conditions. However, due to Covid-19, our printing partners are experiencing delays on all garments up to 17 business days possible.

If you are experiencing an issue with receiving your order and it has been more than 17 business days after your order date, and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact sales at gymtuffcityllc@gmail.com

We pride ourselves on customer service and we will update you on your shipping status during Covid-19 approximately every two weeks.
